I will mention that their concert venue is pretty nice, but I'm not sure it's worth going through the casino to get there. Then there's the traffic jam getting out - 25 minutes to get out of the garage. Once I got my coat, there was a line for the elevators - there's only one bank of them going into the garage, and the crowd is so dense it's almost impossible to get to the stairs. Nobody on the Horseshoe staff thought to call for extra help. There was one slow-moving woman working in the coat check and over 100 people in line. When I finally decided to leave, I had to wait in line 30+ minutes to get my coat from the coat check. There are not enough rest rooms, so you end up waiting in line. And it's not that 'happening place' kind of packed, either.
It's so packed that it was difficult to walk across the casino.
I had to shower the minute I got home and send my clothes to the cleaners to get the smell out. I guess the air quality is first - the place reeks of smoke and bodies. The Horseshoe Casino is arguably the worst place I've ever visited.
